• How to send money online?

  With TransferOp it`s easy to make money transfer:

  • Create an account on the TransferOp site.
  • Choose a country, currency, delivery method and enter the recipient`s name.
  • Choose an amount and pay securely with your debit/credit or with a bank transfer.
  • Check all transfer details and confirm payment.

• What is the fastest way to send money abroad?

  With TransferOp, the recipient can receive money instantly in some cases. TransferOp delivers instantly, with most recipients getting the funds within one to three business days of the date that any money is accepted for domestic money transfer or cross-border money transfer services. Keep in mind that things like bank holidays or time differences can affect this.

• How does TransferOp protect my money?

  TransferOp implements appropriate Customers Data processing, storage and transmission controls to protect the integrity of this data and the Company’s online system. TransferOp maintains high resiliency and availability of its online systems and supporting systems, such as interface systems, backend host systems and network equipment. TransferOp fulfils its obligations in security and control measures during online payment/financial services provision to resist and comprehend the concomitant risks and ensure the customers’ data confidentiality and integrity, as well as to ensure the security, availability and resilience of the Company’s online payment services.

• How does currency exchange work?

  Foreign currency transactions are translated into the currency using the spot exchange rates at the dates of the transactions. At each end of the period, the foreign currency amounts are translated using the closing rate. As exchange rates are highly volatile and fluctuate throughout the day, the exact exchange rate your transfer will be conducted at is set the moment your transfer is confirmed.

• Which currency is used for international transactions?

  We allow our clients to make payments to their subsidiaries, overseas staff, consultants, vendors, suppliers, importers and freelancers in US dollars, EUR, GBP, C$, S$, HK$ or in local currency with competitive exchange rates.

• Can I open a TransferOp account for business?

  Yes, you can. All you need to do is register as a business while signing up with us.

• What types of transfers I can do with TransferOp?

  With TransferOp you can send money via the SWIFT international payment network and Interac e-Transfer.

• Is there a minimum or maximum transfer amount?

  We don’t have a maximum transfer limit and our range of services mean you can save money whatever the size of your transfer.

• In what regions can I send money with TransferOp?

  With TransferOp you can make international money transfers all over the world: Canada, the United Kingdom, EEA countries, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, North America.

• How to create a TransferOp account? Registration process.
  • Open the TransferOp website and tap “Sign up”.
  • Fill in required fields. Do not forget to tick on “I am not a robot” and read the Terms and Conditions.
  • When all data is entered correctly, the “Create an account” button is enabled.
  • To complete the registration, please follow the link that was sent to your email address specified during registration and confirm your email address. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact via the form in the Contact Us section.

  After confirming your Email address, you need to undergo your account verification process. It includes the verification of your personal documents and documents related to your business activity if such is required. You will also receive step-by-step instructions on the integration in the letter of successful registration.

  For the verification of your Personal account, you should prepare the following documents: proof of identity (ID), proof of address (the document must be not older than 3 months), information about your country of residence, address, e-mail.

  For the verification of your Business account, you need to provide incorporation and ownership documents of the company, as well as information of the full legal name of the company, company registration country, date of incorporation, registration number, company online register URL, description of the business activity of the company, Tax ID/ VAT number, address of your company. Additionally, you should prepare proof of identity and proof of address documents for the shareholders and directors of the company.

• How long does the onboarding take?

  To start sending domestic transfers and foreign currency transactions, you need to pass account verification and verification of your business activity in case of registering a Business account.

  The duration of the procedure usually takes 1-3 business days and depends on how soon you provide all the necessary information and documents.

  As soon as your account is verified, you will receive full access to your TransferOp account and can start to proceed with money transfers.
